The members of a group responsible for ensuring the follow-up to a plan to end chronic homelessness in Sedgwick County were announced Friday.

They are: Jack Focht, chairman; T.J. Akin; Sue Castile; Ray Frederick; Ben Grisamore; Janet Miller and Melissa Walker.

The oversight committee's formation is one of the strategies outlined in the plan of the Task Force to End Chronic Homelessness.

The plan was endorsed in March by the Wichita City Council and the Sedgwick County Commission.

The group will begin meeting this summer.
