Dear Church Missions or Benevolence Directors and Wichita Citizens,

We are a Non-Denominational Ministry to the homeless and underprivileged in the city of Wichita. The most important thing that we do is to
share the unconditional love of Christ with his hungry and hurting people on the street.  Some of the ways that we accomplish this goal is:
1.) To provide food, shelter, and meet basic needs of the homeless.
2.) To meet spiritual needs with weekly worship services and Bible study.
3.) To provide Christian fellowship, prayer, and leadership to the homeless community.

Streetlight Ministries came into existence
in 2007 after two years of ministering to the homeless by walking on Friday nights and Sunday
mornings in the parks, along the river, in the alleys, and any areas where they sleep and congregate. We encountered and ministered to
the homeless, the forgotten, mentally challenged, drug and alcohol addicted, prostitutes, dealers, the abused and the disabled. After
seeing first hand the needs of these people, our desire is to do more to help them out of their situation, rather than to just comfort them in
their pain. With this in mind we put together a plan of ministry opportunities, current and future, which we intend to develop and promote to
the local community. Our hope and prayer is that the faith based community and the business community can work together for the
common good of Wichita.

Attached you will find our Mission and goals and different ministries that can be supported. The Task Force to End Chronic Homelessness
is developing a plan and at some point we hope to “stand in the gap” and fill the voids in the services provided in the city. Right now, it is not
looking like anything will be completed in time to help this winter. What we are asking is for churches and business leaders in Wichita that
are not supporting homeless services at this time, to come forward and help us provide for the needs first, for the coming winter, and then
for the long term. Please consider this request in prayer and with compassion for your neighbors on the street. We will be happy to meet
with you personally and show you what we have accomplished. If you are so inclined, fill out the attached sheet with an amount that you
might consider pledging monthly, annually, or even a one time gift to help out this coming winter.

Sincerely,
